Treating gingivitis with herbs

Green tea:

Watercress: Squeeze the watercress leaves on an electric mixer, and massage the gums with juice.

Olive leaf: Boil green olive leaves with water, and massage the gums with the resulting water twice daily.

Chamomile: We use chamomile flowers soaked in water in a gargle every day.

Leafy vegetables: leafy vegetables contain large amounts of vitamin C, which is considered one of the most important vitamins to strengthen gums, so it must be eaten a lot like arugula, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, and others.
Cranberry: Cranberry juice is considered one of the best natural juices important for treating gum infections, as it contains natural active substances that eliminate bacteria that stick to the gums.
